You're Only Seven Simple Steps Away From Receiving A Great VIRTUAL Tour

1: Take some great photos, select the ones you want in the tour, and save them in a separate folder
 
2: Create a new email message to:

                       Sales@VirtualTourShoppe.com

3: Include all of the photos as attachments using the TIPS section below as a guide

 
4: Include all of your contact information in case we need to get in touch with you

5: Include in the remarks section the Property Address, MLS listing number, number of bedrooms, number of baths, and year home was built.

6: Email us the listing sheet.

7: After submitting your photos and information, make your payment and we will begin creating your Virtual Tour
 

TIPS:

Do not attempt to email a photo "Folder" since it will not work. Instead, when adding multiple photos as an attachment to your email, locate the folder, highlight the first photo in the folder, hold down the Shift key, then highlight the last photo you want to include. This will highlight all of them, then click on OK, and they should all wind up as attachments in your email. If you want to pick and chose certain photos, hold down the CTRL key instead while making your selections and only the ones you select will stay highlighted, then click OK to add them as attachments. For Gold Package orders, we suggest that you split the photos into two smaller emails and mark them accordingly so we can identify what listing they go with. If they are high resolution photos, it will take longer for the transfer, so allow time for the email to complete its transmission.

Do Not submit photos with your yard sign or any personal marketing in them since your MLS will not allow them in the tour. We use the photos exactly as they are submitted with no editing, so please send us your best ones for a quality looking tour that you and your seller will be pleased with. Use as much light as possible so they are nice and bright. Avoid taking photos looking into the sun or at a bright interior window that will cause the photo to be over-exposed. A typical camera flash has a lighting range of approximately 8 to 10 feet so avoid trying to take an entire darkened room without using additional lighting. You will find that photos taken at extremely high resolutions will take much longer to upload and will require splitting the number of photos into two separate emails when ordering the Gold Tour package

Reducing High Resolution Photos BEFORE eMailing Them

For viewing on the Internet, photos DO NOT need to be at a high resolution. That is more for brochures and anything in print. If you take your photos in a very high resolution they will EACH be a huge file, making sending them all very difficult due to the overall size of your email attachments. For submitting large quantities of photos in one email, please reduce the resolution down to around 600x450 which will still give plenty of resolution for viewing. If you do not have the capabilities to do this you can download a very easy to use free software at: PixResizer It has instructions but in a nutshell, you put all your photos into a separate folder, then create a 'new' folder (I call mine 'resized' photos), open the program and click on the top tab that says " work with multiple files", select the folder where your photos are located and insert where you want the 'resized' ones sent. The beauty part is that it does not modify your original photos so you still have the high resolution ones for your other tasks.
